At Integrative Brain and Body, you’ll partner up with an integrative doctor, a health coach, and a nutritionist to ensure the fastest return back to health and the most complete system of care.
As such, our integrative approach focuses on:
Using a variety of treatment modalities, including using food as medicine in tandem with state of the art testing
Focusing holistically on all the areas that impact your health… including mind, emotions, and mindset
Focusing on optimal health, based on your unique biological needs, not just the absence of symptoms or disease
Teaching patients how to take an active role in health creation, so that they can heal and/or keep chronic illness at bay
Acknowledging the multi-factorial nature of complex causes of illness, which requires an experienced clinician who can pinpoint the reasons you have the illness and craft the correct treatment plan
Using natural, therapies, as much as possible, harnessing the body’s amazing ability to heal itself
How It Works
We provide a personalized treatment plan (depending on the severity of your situation) that typically ranges anywhere from 3 to 9 months. During this journey it is our job to serve as two roles: your detective and your navigator. Our collaborative partnership between doctor and patient consists of looking at root causes first and then getting the patient to the point where they are self-reliant. Most of our patients experience significant improvements to their wellness within the first 4 to 6 weeks while working with us.
Free Discovery Consult
A short 30-minute discovery consult with one of the doctors to see if our practice is a good fit for your needs.
New Patient Visit
In-depth 60-minute intake visit and exam with your doctor. Expect to be heard, a thorough history and comprehensive exam.
Review of Findings and Gameplan
During this visit, your doctor will discuss your personal roadmap for healing, including: any additional labs, appointments and cost.
